ThinkGeek has a long history of turning their ludicrous April Fool's Day products into real things, and the latest product to get the reality treatment is their iCade iPad cabinet.
The iCade is pretty straightforward: it's a little arcade cabinet designed to hold an iPad, giving you a joystick and buttons to use to play games on it. The kit works with the free iCade app, and the buttons connect to the iPad via Bluetooth. The only game that it will work with at the outset is Asteroids, but a developers kit will be released to allow for a whole bunch more iCade-compatible games. It'll go on sale for $100 in the near future, so get your iPad ready and get excited.
We would love a sample for review and possibly an extra for a giveaway...
